This single malt was carefully distilled in 2012 at Inchgower's Speyside Distillery. Matured for 11 years in two first-fill ex-oloroso Hogsheads, resulting in notes of dried fruits, creme caramel, star anise, stroopwafels and chocolate orange. It was bottled in April 2023 with just 641 bottles at 50.6% ABV. Non-chill filtered and uncoloured.
