This single malt was distilled in 2008 at Fettercairn Distillery, located in the Highland region of Scotland. Aged for 16 years in a Refill Hogshead, bottled at natural cask strength of 52.6% ABV. 

Only 300 Bottles have been produced. 

NOSE: Honeysuckle, chalky, dried lime, petrol, very much like a Riesling, marinated peppers, Cavolo Nero, shortbread and green olives.
PALATE: Yellow starbursts, rainbow drops, nettle soup, grapefruit, tonic, pomegranate, butternut squash and chocolate raisins.
FINISH:  Good length with lingering grapefruit.
