This rum is produced using unique and partly secret methods that have remained unchanged since the 18th century, resulting in a distillate with a distinct aromatic profile

NOSE: Lively and concentrated. Acetone, roasted banana, prune, lemon and menthol notes.
PALATE: Intense and exquisite. Bitter orange, candied cherry, smoked and roasted notes. 
FINISH: Extended and delicate. Pine resin, cooked cane syrup and herbaceous notes.
