This Rum was distilled at a secret Fiji Distillery aged for 18 years in a single cask (#1789).

Fiji is one of the only countries where the entire distilling process is done by hand, from the cutting and pressing the sugar cane to the labelling of the bottles. These amazing rums offer an Agricola style with distinctive punch and funk unique to Fiji.
