Doorly's Rum is distilled at Foursquare Distillery - one of a few family-owned distilleries left in the Caribbean.

This 14-year-old has spent its maturation in a combination of ex-Bourbon and, crucially, ex-Madeira casks. Those barrels give nicely rich oak but with more than a little welcome lift of fresh and dried fruit. Golden sultanas, preserved figs, and even mango swim effortlessly alongside the classic Foursquare sweet spice.
