Seidear Stairs Cider is a light, crisp and refreshing hard cider. Made from apples and desert pears from a Scottish castle garden. The nose is a Perry - the body is a cider. Made using the artisan process of Keeving and the champagne method, which give this bottle its unforgettable taste. 

The pears provide the un-fermentable sugars that preserve the sweetness of summer.
