This is the second release in Lindores' Friar John Cor, Cask Strength Congregation Chapters. Each of the releases has unique cask makeup. The second chapter combines bourbon, STR wine barriques and Rum-Peat Casks, married together and bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring at natural cask strength. 

NOSE Mellow maple syrup, roasted banana, fruity dates, apples and spicy cinnamon, caramelised demerara sugar with subtle waves of earthy peat. 
PALATE Rich, fruity pears, roasted banana with spicy cinnamon, caramelised nutty almonds followed by distant waves of pleasant, smoky, earthy peat and subtle maritime notes. Smooth and velvety texture. 
FINISH  Long lasting with lots of character.
