Distilled in August 2013, this limited UK exclusive release was created to explore the relationship between sherry casks and Glen Moray. Rich caramel notes morph into leather and wood, underpinned by gentle spice and sweetness throughout. It was bottled exclusively for the UK, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE An intense hit of caramel and chocolate are present from the outset, which morph into earthy notes of leather and tobacco. 
PALATE the depths of the earthy notes are found on the palate, worn leather and tobacco mingle and expand to woody flavours. Think chocolate and hazelnuts, but richer and warmer. The complexity of the flavours fade, leaving subtle tannin. 
FINISH The subtlety of tannins remain, as does the wood. Whilst the gentle spice on the palate gives way to a buttery chocolate, rounding off the richness of this single malt.
