This single malt from Tamnavulin Distillery was distilled on the 4th August 2011 and matured in a 1st fill Sherry Hogshead, before being finished in a 1st fill Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogshead for 9 months. Bottled at cask strength of 56.8% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration. 

Only 314 Bottles were produced. 

NOSE: Chocolate ganache mixed with citric fruit and floral notes.
PALATE: Tannins and peppery spicy notes along with a hint of orange zest.
WATER: Becomes much creamier and sweeter.
