This Single Grain from Strathclyde Distillery was distilled on the 11th of November 1994 and matured for 29 years in a Refill Bourbon Barrel, before being bottled on the 2nd of February 2024. Bottled at natural cask strength of 45.1%ABV. 

Only 192 Bottles have been produced.

NOSE: Lemon bon bons, milk bottle sweeties, lady fingers, nougat, cinnamon rolls and marzipan.
PALATE: Gentle oak, Demerara sugar, lemon zest, white pepper, vanilla fudge and wholewheat biscuits.
FINISH:  Peppermint, salted peanuts, kaffir lime, toffee yoghurt and light tannins.
