From the Wee Scottish Cider Company this beautifully crisp, complex, and well rounded sparkling cider is made with apples harvested by hand from Ellon Castle Gardens. A great variety of heritage apples are grown on espaliers in this beautiful walled garden. 

Seidear is made using artisan processes of keeving and bottle fermentation, the champagne method, which give this cider its unforgettable taste.
