A very rare bottling from Scapa Distillery, distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2010 after being matured for 16 years in 1st Fill ex American Bourbon barrels. Bottled at natural cask strength of 60.9% ABV, without chill filtration.

The Scapa Distillery, established in 1885 in the Orkney Islands, produces a distinctive and subtle island malt whisky.


PALATE: Creamy butterscotch sweetness, dried fruits, and subtle orange hints.  Round and full.  
FINISH: Easy finish with distinctive dryness and good oak balance.
