Lochlea's seasonal small batch releases tie in to reflect the farming calendar. The new Fallow Edition Second Crop combines Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks, resulting in a beautifully rich, autumnal dram. The Oloroso butts give rich notes of manuka honey and golden syrup, whilst the Pedro Ximenez casks provide warming layers of sweetly spiced ginger can't and ground coffee beans.
