This is the third release in the Quiet Rebels Series. This malt was created by the Distillery Manager, Gordon, who has picked his favourite combination of casks to create this moreish whisky. 

It combines STR red wine, ex-sherry and ex-Riversaltes casks, resulting in velvety, rich and creamy single malt with notes of Crème Brûlée, spiced plum jam and candied orange peel.
