This youthful single malt was distilled in 2014 at a distillery built in 1798 off the west coast of Scotland, whose original name translates to "Safe Haven". Its unique finish in grapefruit sour beer cask resulted from a collaboration between Murray McDavid and Wild Beer Co. It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Smoky apple, gooseberry, lemon.
PALATE Juicy citrus, hoppy peat, grapefruit. 
FINISH Long, oily, smoky key lime pie.
