This single malt was distilled in 1996 at the Glentauchers Distillery, located in the Speyside region of Scotland and known for its elegant, light and fruity whisky. Initially matured for over two decades in an ex-bourbon cask and then filled into an Oloroso Sherry cask for the last four years. It was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring, by Murray McDavid for their Mission Gold collection. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Sweet spices, fruit and nuts, mocha. 
PALATE Treacly malt, dried orange, chocolate. 
FINISH Warm fruits, floral, mellow oak spice.
