Lindores Abbey Distillery is back with its second Casks of Lindores series. The first instalment in the new series is made with local barley, aged in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a limited-edition strength of 49.4% ABV.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Pleasant mellow, fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches
PALATE Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture. 
FINISH Medium length finish.
