This release is honouring last year's Scottish Whisky Awards, where Raasay Distillery was crowned Scottish Distillery of the Year. 

This whisky is created using unpeated spirit matured in ex-Four Roses bourbon casks before a second maturation in Quercus humboldtii oak. It offers delicious notes of vanilla and butterscotch with a long finish of crème brûlée.
