An Islay single malt bottled by Morrison Distillers for their Mac-Talla Collection. This heavily peated malt was entirely aged in Oloroso Sherry Butts from the South-West of Spain. The result is big and bold flavours with robust notes of peat smoke, baking spices and almonds. 

PPM: 30-40ppm

Bottled at cask strength of 54.8%ABV, with no added colour and non-chill filtered.

NOSE: Peat smoke, phenols and spice. 
PALATE: Warm spice, rich dark fruits and a big dollop of peat. Brown sugar and baking spices reminiscent of Christmas with a peat fire burning in the background
