Distilled in March 2013 at the Caol Ila Distillery on the Isle of Islay, this 10 Year Old Single Malt was matured in a Refill Hogshead before being finished in a First Fill Palo Cortado Sherry Hogshead for one year. Bottled in 2023 by Woodrow's of Edinburgh without chill filtration or artificial colouring. 

NOSE Smoked tea, varnished oak, coastal peat, lemon candy, praline, cloves and plums.
PALATE

Thick and sticky, strong maritime smoke, dark cherry jam, black coffee, eucalyptus, leather, medicinal aromas , and teriyaki biltong.
FINISH Long and spicy, liquorice, tobacco leaves, espresso, toasted oak and fading fruit notes.
