This single malt was distilled on the 29th of August 2007 at Bunnahabhain Distillery on the Isle of Islay. It was initially matured in a refill hogshead bottled from a single First-fill oloroso sherry hogshead at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Rum soaked raisin, dark chocolate, Christmas cake.
PALATE Rich, milk & dark Chocolate, Banana bread with walnuts, marzipan, winter spices.
FINISH Fresh struck candle with hints of baking spices.
Only 227 bottles were produced.
