TASTING NOTES

NOSE Cereal notes, with dried hay, barley straw and malty biscuit. Crème brûlée, coconut, butterscotch, and vanilla from the oak follow with earthy enhanced by floral notes and sweet dried apricot and pear.
PALATE Creamy texture, with a peppery hint of spice followed by floral heather honey, followed by notes of warm scones and barley strawm, with fresh vanilla, marzipan and coconut.
FINISH The malty character of the spirit is unmistakable on the finish, while almond and butterscotch notes from the oak linger.
