A very rare bottling from Scapa Distillery, distilled in 1992 and bottled in 2006 after being matured for 14 years in a 1st Fill American ex-Bourbon barrel. Bottled at natural cask strength of 60.6% ABV, without chill filtration.

The Scapa Distillery, established in 1885 in the Orkney Islands, produces a distinctive and subtle island malt whisky.


PALATE: Creamy butterscotch sweetness, dried fruits, and subtle orange hints.  Round and full.  
FINISH: Easy finish with distinctive dryness and good oak balance.
