This Single Grain whisky from Invergordon Distillery, located in the Highland region of Scotland was distilled in 1990. Aged for 34 years in a Refill Barrel  and bottled at natural cask strength of 47.1%. 

Only 120 Bottles have been produced. 

NOSE: Baked apples, poached Williams Pear, wholegrain mustard, preserved lemon, unoaked Chardonnay, unripe strawberry, steamed ginger pudding with creme anglaise.
PALATE: More apple, red apple peel, some fermenting apples. Feels quite wheat forward, with creamy vanilla custard, stem ginger in syrup, pear drops, juice and lime zest. 
FINISH:  Gentle spice grows, with white pepper and mustard seed. Becomes creamy and fruity.
