Tri Carragh is Gaelic for "Three Pillars"—a nod and celebration to the fundamental core ingredients of whisky: water barley and yeast. 

This single cask Glen Garioch is a part of the second release from Tri Carragh, a follow-up to their first award-winning bottlings. 

It was distilled on the 19th of February 2009 and spent 14 years in a single 1-st Fill Bourbon Barrel. Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring at natural cask strength of 53.4%

TASTING NOTES

NOSE A sweet nose of cherry drops, vanilla, Victoria sponge cake with subtle fresh herbal undertones. Water brings more jam, buttercream and a light lemonade effervescence.
PALATE Pepper, and wood spices are initially on the palate, followed by orchard fruits and tinned sweets.
FINISH  Fresh and floral.
