TASTING NOTES 

NOSE  Very fresh with a surprising note of sloe berry. A touch of honey syrup, sweet green grapes, a hint of blue cheese and lilies.
PALATE This is a delight! Cool, syrupy lightly spicy, with a big mouth feel, coating everything with a wonderful spicy butter. So much more this you would ever expect from a refill bourbon cask. A true cornucopia of flavours.
FINISH Bright, soft, clean and wonderful. An unending theatre of honey, heat and light bitterness that lasts longer than it has any right to.
