The Gordon & MacPhail's Discovery Series explores bold flavour profiles of Scottish whisky. This single malt was distilled in 2011 at Tomatin Distillery in the Highland region of Scotland and aged in bourbon barrels. It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Ripe tropical fruit with green apple, sweet vanilla and citrus. 
PALATE The fruit, vanilla and citrus from the nose are followed by white peach and melon oak with subtle dried herbs. 
FINISH Light and herby.
