The "Distiller's Cut" gin is based on the Wild Island Original recipe, featuring lemon balm, wild water mint, and meadowsweet, with the addition of juicy island-grown redcurrants. This has created a fresh new expression, characterised by the tart tanginess of ripe berries giving way to a sweet, floral finish.
