The Whisky Cellar

This single malt was distilled in 2014 at the Tullibardine Distillery in the Highland Region of Scotland. It was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrel, before being re-racked into a single Calvados cask for over three years, completing its 10 years of maturation. The resulting whisky carries notes of green apple skins, honeyed orchard fruits, dried apricots, cinnamon spice and charred oak.
It was bottled by The Whisky Cellar for their Pintail collection, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring at natural cask strength.
