Tomintoul Tawny Port Cask Finish

ABV: 40% 70 cL

This small batch bottling has been crafted by selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-Bourbon American oak barrels, which were then married and finished in hand selected Tawny Port barriques from Portugal. This process of 'finishing' creates a beautifully rish, complex and full-flavoured single malt bottled at 40% ABV.

Nose

Indulgent berry fruits, bramble jam and dark chocolate cushioned with nutmeg and cherry liqueur.

Palate

A wash of blackcurrants, blueberries and Black Forest gateau bound with cosy oak spices and mocha coffee.

Finish

Maraschino cherries and thick cut marmalade fading into a clove and cinnamon linger.
