This unique single-grain whisky was distilled at the North British Distillery in Edinburgh. This cask was specially selected to be bottled as a single grain, as it was deemed "too good" to be used for blending. The 29 years of maturation in a single sherry butt added milk chocolate, caramel and dried fruits, creating rich and complex dram.
Bottled by Finn Thomson at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
