Brig O'Perth is a part of Keith Bonnington's portfolio, along with The Whisky Cellar and Pintail as their in-house Blended Scotch and occasional Single Cask bottling label since February 2019.
This single malt was distilled at the Benrinnes Distillery in the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was aged for 16 years in refill American Oak Casks, resulting in a heavy, meaty style with notes of toasted oak, peanut oil, citrus peel and white pepper.
It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring at natural cask strength.
