PROCESSING TIMES

All shipments are processed Monday-Friday. 

Processing times will be affected by public holidays.

Orders placed before 12 pm will be shipped on the same day. We are trying to get your orders processed ASAP and will ship them as quickly as possible, but in the event of a high volume of orders, we reserve the right to send any shipments on the next working day.

 

UK DELIVERIES

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery is free for all orders over £100.

 

Allow 2-5 working days for delivery, depending on local facilities, from the shipping day.

Parcels are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays, or public holidays. 

 

UPS EXPRESS DELIVERY

 

Express delivery will be delivered on the next working day. However, delivery times may vary in some parts of the Highlands, rural areas, and the Islands. 

Deliveries and shipping will not be carried out on weekends or public holidays. 

 

PARCELS RETURNED TO US DUE TO MISSED DELIVERY & OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES

If the parcel is returned to us due to a missed delivery, an incorrect delivery address, or any other circumstances beyond our or the courier's control, the customer will be charged an additional delivery fee. 

This also applies to shipments included in our free delivery over £100 offer. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We offer international deliveries again! We are starting slowly, but we will add new countries and territories as they become available. 

So far, we can ship to the following:

• Denmark,
• Finland,
• Germany,
• Ireland,
• Japan,
• Luxembourg, 
• Netherlands, 
• Switzerland,
• Taiwan (Maximum of 2 bottles or 2l),

We are working hard to include more countries.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Aberdeen Whisky Shop is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applying in your country or territory. All additional fees are to be paid by the customer.
