The Whisky Cellar, the independent bottler based in Edinburgh, was founded by Keith Bonnington in 2017. Keith began working in the whisky industry 20 years ago, sparking a life-long affair with the water of life.
Even though he gravitates towards sweeter and fruitier Speyside malts, the Whisky Cellar collection represents an amazing array of whiskies from all regions of Scotland and includes single malts and grain varieties, all bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring.
