This 12 year old single malt from Glen Elgin Distillery was distilled on the 6th July 2011 and matured in a 1st fill Port Barrique, before being re-racked in to a 1st fill Tawny Port Barrique for 15 months. Bottled at cask strength of 55.5.%, with natural colour and no chill filtration. 

Only 292 Bottles were produced.

NOSE: Dark chocolate covered raisins, orange citrus notes and dark treacle. Changes with water into tropical fruit notes along with floral aromas of heather, lavender and orange. 
PALATE: Follows a similar path with the addition of cinnamon spice, with juicer fruit notes bursting through.
