An aromatic, spiced and bittersweet Walnut Liqueur. 2022 Vintage was produced using unripe Green Walnuts from Potash Farm in England which were macerated in alcohol for no less than forty days, before being seasoned with natural Coffee Beans, Star Anise Pods, Cloves and Demerara Sugar.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE Aromatic spice, roasted cacao & coffee, fresh cracked walnuts, and a hint of anise.
PALATE Sticky mouthfeel, bittersweet with rich aromatic coffee, dark chocolate and elegant spice balanced alongside autumnal walnut.
FINISH Bittersweet, indulgent, and everlasting with intense nuttiness.
