Fib Whisky was founded by the late Aeden Burt and Iain Mundy, long-time friends and whisky enthusiasts, in 2021. Their name came from an old Pictish legend of a King who split Scotland into seven parts for his seven sons, with Fib ruling over what became the Kingdom of Fife. As the company originated in Fife, Aeden and Iain found it to be a perfectly fitting name.
