Tullibardine 7 Years Old 2015 Bourbon Cask Finish

ABV: 56% 70 cL

Distilled in 2015 at the Tullibardine Distillery in the Highland Region of Scotland, this single malt was aged in the finest oak barrels before being re-racked into a first-fill Bourbon cask, creating a smooth malt with notes of ginger, vanilla and fresh hay.

Bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring and at natural cask strength. 

Only 267 bottles were produced. 

Nose

Sweet delicate vanilla, light floral, cereal notes with a touch of wood polish.

Palate

Syrup sponge meets ginger nuts. Surprisingly mouth coating with spicy vanilla and a hint of fresh-cut hay.

Finish

Long for its age. White pepper plays along with oak and barley sugar.
