TASTING NOTES
| NOSE | Sweet delicate vanilla, light floral, cereal notes with a touch of wood polish. |
| PALATE | Syrup sponge meets ginger nuts. Surprisingly mouth coating with spicy vanilla and a hint of fresh-cut hay. |
| FINISH | Long for its age. White pepper plays along with oak and barley sugar. |
