The Gordon & MacPhail's Discovery Series explores bold flavour profiles of Scottish whisky. This single malt was distilled in 2010 at Tomatin Distillery in the Highland region of Scotland and aged in bourbon barrels. It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
TASTING NOTES
| NOSE | Fragrant lemon zest intertwine with rich tropical fruit and desiccated coconut. Honeydew melon and walnut notes develop. |
| PALATE | Smooth dried pineapple pieces compliment ripe green apple and rich honey. Brown sugar undertones develop alongside dried banana. |
| FINISH | Full with lasting malted biscuit and charred oak. |
