Edition 1 of 4: The Mozbazillac Edition
Tomatin 2008 Monbazillac Casks was distilled on 25th April 2008 and finished in Monbazillac cask since 10th July 2017 before bottled on the 19th of March 2021.
This whisky aroma dances between notes of dark, maple syrup and intense espresso, balanced with cinnamon baked apples. On the palate there is a sweet cereal flavour combined with sweet milk chocolate and honeycomb ahead of subtle spices and emerging nutty flavours. The finish is rich with walnut and maple syrup.
Limited to 6000 bottles worldwide.
