This single malt whisky was distilled at Tomatin distillery, located in Highlands and known for fruity and spicy distillate, in June 2008. Aged for 12 years in an American oak hogshead and finished in an Ex-Oloroso Sherry cask. As a result, the notes of maple syrup combine with the flavours of gingerbread and dried apricot. 

This tremendous single cask malt was bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Lady of the Glen - Icons of Whisky Independent Bottles of the Year 2022.

Only 270 bottles were produced.
