A fantastic single cask from Douglas Laing for the Old Particular collection. This single cask was distilled in May 2005 and charged from a refill Hogshead in October 2020. Only 349 bottles produced.
Nose: a big milky and cereal-y opening with crunchy chocolate biscuit and burnt sugar.
Palate: Runny honey moving towards warm and fresh baking, banoffee pie and vanilla pods.
Finish: Mint chews, new barley, butterscotch, bbq'd banana and sticky toffee sauce.
