This blended malt from the Thompson Bros. of Dornoch Distillery has been composed using a trio of Sutherland malt whiskies which have been blended, rested and bottled in Dornoch. Bottled at 48.5% ABV without chill filtration or artificial colouring
Only 1020 Bottles have been produced.
TASTING NOTES:
| NOSE: | Hay and honey, pear crumble, praline, sea salt flakes, Tunnocks caramel log, powdered sugar, Manzanilla, bone marrow butter, dehydrated mango, gorse bushes, white meadow flowers, tangerine, caramelised peaches. |
| PALATE: | Sugary corn flakes, lemongrass, minerals, sandstone, touch of red berries, osmanthus, candle wax, friendship, goat’s milk, Fukushima peaches. |
| FINISH: | Umeshu, white peppers, celery, gooseberry, salty, waxy and creamy. |
