Single malt from Springbank, aged in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks. 

Nose: Marzipan, lemon sherbet/drizzle, apple, toffee, cinnamon, pear drops, almonds.

Palate: Dark and rich with notes of Coffee, stewed plums, orange rind, maraschino cherries and applewood.

Finish: Malted barley, peat embers, dark chocolate, oak-aged Chardonnay, cantaloupe melon.
