This organic dry gin bottled by Thompson Bro.s was distilled at Dornoch Distillery. The botanicals used include bay leaf, rosemary, meadowsweet and oodles of citrus peels are among the wide array of botanicals in this bright spirit. The label was inspired by a spring walk along with Royal Dornoch Golf Course, and this gin manages to evoke the floral seasonal freshness in a glass.
