This single malt was distilled in 2013 at Mortlach Distillery, located in the Speyside whisky region. It was aged for 10 years in a single Refill Hogshead before being bottled at natural cask strength of 59.5% ABV.
Bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh for their Warehouse Reserve collection without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Only 283 Bottles have been produced.
TASTING NOTES:
| NOSE: | Dark chocolate, hazelnuts and salted caramel. |
| PALATE: | An oily mouthfeel with an earthy truffle and walnuts balanced with sweet vanilla, crème brûlée and saline undertones. |
| FINISH: | Spicy ginger, cloves and a lingering saltiness. |
