This single malt was distilled at Mannochmore distillery in Speyside on the 20th of May 2009. It was aged for 12 years in First-fill Sherry hogshead. Bottled from a single hogshead at natural cask strength without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by The Red Cask Co.
TASTING NOTES
| NOSE | Sweet raspberry trifle, roasted hazelnuts, candy cane. |
| PALATE | A burst of pick 'n' mix, sprinkle of cinnamon. |
| FINISH | Deep lasting smooth chocolate and cappuccino. |
