An amazing single cask from Douglas Laing for the Old Particular collection. This single cask was distilled in August 2007 and charged from a sherry butt in August 2020. Only 500 bottles produced.
Nose: Rich, fresh and still damp dark fruit cake, gently spiced with marinated sultanas and orange.
Palate: Wonderfully (muscovado) sugary, with signed orange zest, dates, maple syrup and barley
Finish: Shows all those same qualities, with subtle vanilla hues, a hint of tobacco and mint.
