Tomintoul 14 years old from the Lady Of The Glen was aged in a bourbon cask and finished in an Amontillado sherry butt. It is a delicate, light and floral single malt with a malty character.
Nose: Deep and rich with notes of leather armchair, Autumn fruit, amaretto and brewing coffee.
Palate: Maraschino cherries and chocolate caramels with orange bitters and honey character.
Finish: Apple sauce developing into an orange peel with oak tannins and treacle toffee.
