This classic style Jura single malt was distilled in October 1990 and aged in a single American Oak hogshead for 30 years. Bottled by the Whisky Cellar without chill-filtration.
Nose: Those classic old damp dunnage warehouse aromas are swiftly followed by a delightful fruit basket nose.
Palate: Camphor warmth with some grassy, vegetal notes and touch maritime salinity and sweet grape juice.
Finish: Long, earthy notes and ripe fruits. The classic old style of Jura.
